About Cycle for Girls Cambodia 2019

How will you celebrate next International Women's Day?

As part of Cycle for Girls 2019, you'll have the incredible opportunity to see a Plan International project in action. Learning Gardens are an interactive outdoor library or science lab, a place where kids can learn through doing. On the Cycle for Girls, you will have the change to visit these gardens and meet the children, parents and community at the participating school in Siem Reap.

Challenge yourself with a cycle from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, and raise funds to educate and empower girls.

Over 11 days you'll travel deep into the Cambodian countryside, soar past stunning rice paddies, meet welcoming locals, and explore breathtaking Angkor temples. You'll experience a side of Cambodia most tourists never see.

This is more than an adventure - it's a chance to be part of a movement to change the world for girls. On your bike!

About Plan International Australia

All children deserve to live happy and healthy lives. Plan International Australia recognises the power and potential of every single child. Yet poverty, violence, exclusion and discrimination strip them of their childhoods, and it is girls who are most affected.

Plan International is a global independent development and humanitarian organisation. As one of the oldest, largest and most experienced organisations  in our field we know that there is nowhere in the world where girls are treated as equals. We work alongside children, young people, supporters and partners to tackle root causes of the injustices facing girls and the most marginalised children.

We have the backing of Australians who want to see a just world for all children and equality for girls. Our supporters believe that all children everywhere deserve safety, health, education, love, belonging and equality.
