Hillarys Primary School is an Independent Public School providing a positive learning culture for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. The ‘Choose Respect’ and ‘Kids Matter’ programs link the many elements of our pastoral care to provide support for all children. Student Leadership, through school Captains, Prefects and Peer Mediators is highly valued at our school.

Our teaching programs allow all students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to become confident, independent learners. In addition to a broad, challenging academic program, we offer a diverse range of subjects including specialist teaching in Music, Japanese, Science and Physical Education.

We nurture minds, by employing a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, inspires lifelong learning and allows every person to reach their potential.

Dymocks Children's Charities are partnering with Hillary's to raise funds for out Library. Help us achieve greatness through reading.
Dymocks Children's Charities will provide 150% of the amount raised, to go towards new books which will be chosen by us from an extensive list of fiction and non-fiction titles. So, for every $1 raised, that's $1.50 worth of new books for our school! There is also a wonderful benefit that an additional 25% of the amount raised to a school in need. This is in line with our social justice values and we are proud that our school can help.

Also register your child online by 22nd July, to go into the draw to win a book pack valued at $50. One student from each stage will be selected.  Hillary’s will be rewarding students with incentives for hitting their Reading minutes target throughout the Campaign. There will also be a prize for the “Most Funds Raised.”

Every child who participates will receive a Read-a-thon certificate.
• If your child raises $200, they will receive a book of choice up to the value of $20.
• If your child raises $380, they will receive 2 books of choice up to the value of $40.
• If your child raises $560, they will receive 3 books of choice up to the value of $60.
Happy Reading and Good Luck!
