SeeBeyondBorders is a not-for-profit organisation that provides Cambodian children with access to quality teaching and learning at school.
We train teachers, develop school infrastructure and support local families in educating their children in Cambodia - a country that has been ravaged by war, genocide, repression and starvation.
Faced with extreme poverty, nearly half the children living outside the main cities do not complete primary school. We work to enable more children to complete their basic education and progress from primary to lower secondary school.
SeeBeyondBorders delivers three integrated programs: Quality Teaching, Community Engagement, and Systemic Capability. We are committed to sustainably improving education standards in Cambodia and promote local participation, management, responsibility and ownership across all of our programs.
Presently we work in 53 rural primary schools, with 256 teachers participating in our program who teach and educate 7,154 children.
