My Story

Moving here from France, Sydney had welcomed me with open arms and is home for the past 3 years. I believe the work that R U OK? does is really important, and like to increase awareness on these issues here and help raise as much funds as possible. Working in hospitality, I have also seen how mental health and suicides have affected some in the industry. I’m also part of The Old Clare Hotel crew and as a team, are supporting this great cause! I’m really looking forward to the marathon but also know that I probably will be suffering for days after. Please donate any amount, as anything you give will make a difference. Appreciate and thank you for all your support and love!

About my cause: R U OK?

R U OK?'s vision is a world where we're all connected and are protected from suicide.

Our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.

Our goals are to:

1. Boost our confidence to meaningfully connect and ask about life's ups and downs
2. Nurture our sense of responsibility to regularly connect and support others
3. Strengthen our sense of belonging because we know people are there for us
4. Be relevant, strong and dynamic
