Another year another Bridge run - this time an even 10km! Not too long and not too short, a good enough workout of the legs in walking mode (my knees do not appreciate a good run/ jog) To many an able person, this is a walk in the park. To those hit by cancer, it could mean simply staring at the park from afar, tired from chemo, dreaming of the day they are healthy enough to just visit the park. Of course there will be those that recover and live very fulfilling lives, but for every survivor, there will also be one who does not make it. We all know a survivor and celebrate them beating it. We all know of someone who didn't make it and grieve that the world has lost another beautiful soul. I want to increase the celebration and decrease the grieving and hope you will help me raise money to continue the research into understanding and finding cures for cancer. Even if you donate regularly like i do, remember there is no limit on donations, every dollar big or small counts and is greatly appreciated by all. Don't forget everything over $2 is also tax deductible!
